Founded in the year 1981 by the government of British Columbia, Kwantlen, now Kwantlen Polytechnic University offers citations, certificates, bachelor degrees, associate degrees and diplomas in over 120 courses and programs. The college has around 20,000 students enrolled in their four campuses located across British Columbia, namely Cloverdale, Richmond, Surrey and Langley.

The programs at KPU are put together in such a way that it lets the student get both practical and theoretical experience. The programs are industry driven with real-world scenarios and a highly challenging curriculum so that the students are able to prepare for the real world jobs and opportunities.

Kwantlen Polytechnic University is the only polytechnic university of Canada and is also offers the sole graphic design for marketing program in Canada. The college provides state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure to its students along with providing them with services like guest lectures, co-op and internship programs, scholarships, awards, student support services, sports and recreational activities.
