Thompson Rivers University for more than 45 years now has been providing quality and excellent education to its national and international students alike.More than 26,000 students are currently enrolled at Thompson Rivers University, in their William Lake or Kamloops campus, or distance or online courses and programs through open learning. The international students make up about 10% of the student population of which 22% students are from India at TRU.

Thompson Rivers University offers more than 140 on-campus programs and about 60 open learning programs to its national and international students to choose from. The university provides comprehensive, learner-centered and environmentally responsible surroundings to its learners and their communities and also offers the students with co-op and study abroad terms so that they can learn in an open and free environment the skills required for their successful careers ahead.
