Program Overview
Become skilled in the art of house building when you enrol in Coast Mountain College’s unique Experience Carpentry: Build a House program. Learn from masters of the trade as you gain both your Foundations Level 1 and Level 2 industry training in this 10-month program where you and your fellow classmates will build a house.
Our program incorporates ITA curriculum into a house-build project were you accumulate up to 600 work-based training hours towards your Carpenter apprenticeship. On top of these you will gain various workforce training certifications.
This enhanced carpenter program is designed to incorporate essential skills and engage students to problem solve in real-world situations.
