Program Overview

Associate of Arts program is the foundation program for students who need to pursue graduation or post-graduation in the field of arts. It is a 2 year associate program with the help of which students have a clear understanding of the concepts and also the subjects before they pursue this for their career. 

The associate degree program is of total 60 credits, although, minimum of 36 credits in arts, 18 credits in second year with subjects like psychology, economics, philosophy, history and sociology.

Associate program helps to build the base before applying the subject for higher studies. The course allows the students to gain the skills required for their future like critical thinking, problem solving, effective communication, research and evaluation skills, mathematical reasoning, analysis and scientific reasoning. 

After the completion of Associate Degree, students may pursue working in order to continue their undergraduate study. The program is eligible for international students as well pursuing Associate Degree at Alexander College for their post-graduation.
